Calvin received his primary training through tertiary education
obtained in his native land Jamaica. He worked as an Executive Manager for nine years for
Lenard De Cordova; a well known family operated Hardware Store in the island. His desires
to operate his own business lead him to establish Marko Supplies, a building material supply
company. After six successful years, he migrated to the U.S. and established M & G Drywall
Inc. and successfully operated that company for 22 years. His clients included the Federal
Government – constructing the U.S. Navy Seals Base in Key West Florida, Hyatt Hotel and
the Sheridan Hotel, Key West Florida.
He has remodeled stores, offices and homes ranging from Key West to West Palm Beach. His aspirations for something more challenging sparked an interest in Real Estate Development. Due to his extensive experience with construction and business development, Calvin established Melita T. Development Inc. and appointed directors with over decades of combined experience in relevant industries.
Donald has a Bachelors degree in architecture and has worked in that industry for many years designing and building luxury estate homes in Jamaica. For the
past 25 years he has successfully managed his family owned, exporting business, supplying
vehicle and equipment seals and bearings. He ran this profitable organization with two
companies, one here in Miami and the other in Belize until recently when the company was
sold. He is now spearheading the expansion of the well established business of Jack Lyons
into the Caribbean market and this has been met with much success. His architectural
expertise among other business and life experience is being utilized by Melita T.
Con has been a renowned dynamic sales professional in
Jamaica for many years while working for Henkel Chemicals. Before that he had worked
extensively in all areas of management in the Hotel Industry for a number of years. Over the
past 15 years he has managed a water-sport supplies business and more recently his own
import business with a heavy emphasis on hotel supplies. His
marketing/management/business and life experience is being utilized by Melita T.
Donovan became involved in the construction management industry in 1995 - 2005 when he joined the Architects Hall Designers Inc. During this time he served in various capacities, as a Construction Inspector at Miami International Airport, a Construction Administrator for Miami Dade Schools and a Quality Control Inspector/Administrator at the Carnival Performing Arts Center.
In March 2005 joined Parson-Oderbrecht, J.V. as Permit Coordinator, responsible for managing and implementing all functions, as it relates to permit services.
He has earned and received numerous certificates in the field.
Prior to 1995, Donovan was employed for 19 years with Ryder Systems Inc. as a Graphic/Advertising Designer.
His construction/quality control/permit coordination and life experience is being utilized by Melita T.

We are actively involved in reviewing and re-tooling our environmental policies and procedures on a regular basis as we strive to continuously improve the efficiency of our environmental management systems. Melita T Development Inc. is wholeheartedly committed to monitoring global environmental trends and developments; taking steps to revert pollution and to contribute to building a safer and healthier society.
Since its inception in December 2006, Melita T Development Inc.’s sole objective was to provide luxury homes at affordable prices in an effort to enhance the standard of living for middle class home buyers. Now with the highly anticipated premier project “Aranha Palms”, our vision will become a reality.
After acquiring the parcel of land for its first development in the historically culture-rich area of Richmond Heights, Melita T Development Inc. sought to achieve what no other developer in that area had done before. Our board of directors, headed by President Calvin Gordon, collectively decided to partner with the members of community to complete the project. They met with neighbors to exchange ideas and discuss concerns. Members of the community were also invited to special meetings and workshops to learn more about the project. We made a promise to give community members first option and the necessary assistance in buying these newly developed luxury townhomes at affordable prices.
